Reminder! The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order comes into force 1st October 2006

Clause 19 (1) requires that the employer provides employees with relevant fire safety information and clause 21 (1) refers to the provision of adequate fire safety training.

You can comply with your legal obligations by issuing fire safety booklets to staff and by displaying the fire safety poster in a prominent location. Show the appropriate fire safety videos to staff as part of your fires safety training regime.
