  • Can the screen be tilted and are there controls to adjust brightness and contrast
  • Are provisions to prevent glare and reflection on the screen adequate?
  • Is the screen clean and is text large enough to read easily
  • Is the screen positioned as directly in front of you as possible?
  • When working at your terminal does your position allow your forearms and wrist to be horizontal? About you
  • Does your work allow you to change activity for 5 minutes every hour and do you observe this practice?
  • Is it possible for you to read the screen without difficulty?
  • Have your eyes been tested within a period of 2 years?
