- Is the size of the desk enough for you to work comfortably?
- Is the level of noise. lighting and ventilation comfortable for you to work in?
- Are there window blinds and or shades which can be adjusted to suit your needs when working?

- Can you adjust the height of your chair and is the lumbar support adequate?
- Is the space below your desk sufficient for your legs?

- Are your eyes level with the top of the screen
- Can the screen be tilted and are there controls to adjust brightness and contrast
- Are provisions to prevent glare and reflection on the screen adequate?
- Is the screen clean and is text large enough to read easily
- Is the screen positioned as directly in front of you as possible?
- When working at your terminal does your position allow your forearms and wrist to be horizontal? About you
- Does your work allow you to change activity for 5 minutes every hour and do you observe this practice?
- Is it possible for you to read the screen without difficulty?
- Have your eyes been tested within a period of 2 years?
